★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place, when I get the right masseuse. They all have different styles. I dont think they are very personable and could work on that. One guy takes you into the rooms for a neck shoulders massage which u think is a bit odd and I dont like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want all that chit chat, maybe go somewhere else, but I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. Straight to it and no mucking around. He felt out all the knots and tight areas and did a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would love to rate their massage, but after sitting by the counter for 25 minutes and not being aknowledged by the 3(!!) Staff that came through, I think I'll pass. The signs say walk ins welcome, but it sure doesn't seem that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible!!! The young male massage therapist had headphones on and spent his whole time on his phone while doing my back massage. Not only that the room was smelly, I think from the carpet, but stains on the floor and generally dirty and untidt. I suspect the towels on the bed hadn't been changed between appointments also. Generally just very bad, and the massage very underwhelming if not damaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little on the pricey side compared to most massage places, but don’t mind paying good money for a good massage. Had 3 here now. First was outstanding, borderline sore but exactly what I wanted. Second one was a young man, rubbish. Didn’t go back for 5 months. Decided to try it one last time and got a man by the name of Jun. Possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. Pressure was very firm (as asked for), read my body well and when to apply pressure. Has renewed my faith in their business and would happily go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood there for 20 mins while staff came up to the counter I was waiting at to take payment from customers. Never even acknowledged my presence. Can't rate the massage as i left, but customer service is rubbish
