Looking in the mirror and loving the cut and care my stylist Preety gave. Thank you so much! Only reason its not 5 stars management was on the phone, no greeting, doesn't appear to listen to staff. Knowledgeable stylist, was friendly and awesome and a hairstylist to Bollywood Stars to top it off. Feeling great! :)

The new management is just horrible! Grant was so lovely, the previous owner! Most of the high star ratings on their site and FB are from when the previous owner was still managing the salon.The new owner has no customer service skills, and she is very rude! A few of my work colleagues including myself have been there, no skills whatsoever. They are overpriced and use expired products on their customers! Be Aware! They will be reported to Auckland Council.

Got keratin treatment done here - well worth it. They did it so nicely, Darshini and Preeti are so lovely and nice. My hair is the softest it has ever been, and straight! So happy, 10/10 recommend :D

DONT GO HERE !! Poor customer service , was the first red flag. All I wanted was blonde highlights , left the salon with wet hair , got home dried my hair and my hair was the same colour , paid $295 which included a hair cut which I knew of PLUS a treatment which I was told was part of the highlights , little did I know it wasn’t . Went back the next day to show her that my hair was the same colour , she fixed it. Again left the salon with wet hair , went home dried it , was ok , thought I’d just deal with it. I have very curly hair , thought I’d straighten it only when my hair was straight could I tell that my hair was very uneve , my hair had been completely hacked!!! Went back to show her how uneven my hair was , she denied cutting my hair ,and said I must of cut it myself. No refund , No compensation. I hope no one ever walks out of your salon crying the way I did. You ruined my hair !!!!!

worth every cent. had a keratin treatment, the product they use is superior. both lovely ladies also, really nice and welcoming. thank you. March 22nd I revisited EHB. The session took just over 4 hours (usually 2.5hours maximum) and I am not satisfied with the end result compared to what had been done on December 21st. Also an extra $20 was added on to this session and frankly, wasnt worth the money spent yesterday. I gave myself a day to ensure that what i was thinking when I left still felt real. Looking at my hair this morning, I will not be returning. I will be returning to FMK Onehunga, which whilst it is further from where I live, straightening is done in a timely fashion and value for money. Darshi is however a nice lady which was the one thing that made the experience bearable, just not returning because i dont feel the price justified the end result.

1. I made a booking one week prior to the appointment at 12pm but when I arrived, I was told to wait until 1pm. When I didnt look happy, she asked “Have you got children?” To see if I had to go somewhere in the afternoon. It does not matter whether I need to go somewhere or not, she obviously overbooked! If you want to get your hair done hair, dont bother making any other plans that day. 2. When I was FINALLY seated in the seats with the basin for washing hair, she put hair product on my hair and told me that it would be removed in 10minutes but I sat there for more than 30 mins until I literally spoke out about it. Imagine sitting in one of those awful hair washing seats with your head tilted back for 30minutes..another concern I had was that I was not informed about what was put on my hair so I was panicking. 3. My shirt got drenched in water when they asked me to walk to a proper seat after like 1 hour into the session. 4. Started 1:26pm finished 4:49pm for just keratin smoothing therapy. I would give no stars at if I could. 0/5

This is to Lena Vovil . HI Lena please don't mislead people by telling wrong things . You haven't got any services . And your hair was in medium length and it's clearly write on voucher about the extra charge for hair longer than the shoulder length . You were forcing staff to do your hair without charge extra and says that you are going to do bad review for us to not to have any clients over here . But any way it was realised your behaviour by all of us and the clients were here, the way you shouted for extra charge and forced and ordered to do your hair . Just imagine how can you says about the professionalism of the staff without having any services . Please don't purchase any vouchers if you can't understand the rules and regulations. Its not nice to go and shout at business places . Thanks

I went there today for keratin treatment . Darshi is amazing at what she does . I am quite surprised at people doing negative reviews as she is very warm towards customers and welcomes them & owes them an open mind .she helped me with all my queries and did a wonderful job with my hairs . Was also treated with coffee & treats . I am sure I will be returning again and wish them good luck . People should try the Salon .its reasonably priced and isn't a rip off like many others and you get wonderful service & great work done . Thanks
