★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment and told them i needed a wisdom tooth extracted that would likely need surgical extraction. Quoted $35 for an x-ray over the phone. Was told I need a large $95 x-ray, which seems unlikely as none of my other 3 wisdom teeth i have had pulled needed this. Seems they are conning alot of people into these $95 x-rays. Was then told they couldn't do the work that day as I had an infection a would need to have a course of antibiotics. When I protested that I wanted it out that day was then told he didnt have time. Sounded to.me like he just couldnt be bothered especially as I was asked to book the next day, which wouldnt give antibiotics time to work and I was sent on my way with pain killers and no antibiotics. Seems this happens to a few people also.
Will be going elsewhere for the work to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I attend Smile Dental Henderson I always feel respected and the staff are friendly. The reception staff have been busy chatting away or distracted by their phones most times I have been but other than that, dentists are kind and provide a lot of information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dentist Dr Chloe and her assistant are great. Am getting a few things done over a period of time and so far Dr Chloe is doing a great job.
The reception staff and call centre staff are ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist I attend to is very nice . She did my filling , took her time to give the best performance . Smile dental gives proper planning for which teeth needs filling, gym clean and more . Although, they give planning with the amount of charge but charges are different when you pay .

She took her time working on my teeth, felt no pains even after all numbness were gone. It has been a delight attending all of my appointments and see the magic unfolds? thank you DR Roshni.

I usually feel quite nervous going to the dentist, but the friendly and efficient staff helped me feel at ease and relaxed. The dentist was quick and efficient during my procedure and also reassured me i was doing ok. This helped with relaxation. The whole procedure was smooth and flowing, and i felt safe in the hands of competent and experienced dentists and staff. Thank you.
