★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car in for a chip on windscreen repair covered free on insurance, $710 later a bill of repairs without consenting with customer first. This is not good customer care. We may have done the repairs after receiving a quote of some rust under mirrors when we were financially ready. This had nothing to do with a chip windscreen repair. Not happy. Bad communication from staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to book my vehicle in for a windscreen replacement on the 20-04 , the lady said they where booked up for the week but she would get back to me, a week passes I’m talking to my insurance company they said she should have called me back within 4 hours , so I call back She pretty much said the same thing again , so you can’t book a date on the phone?
Turns out I’ll probably have to pay for it myself now.
So it’s just been a mess about and I’m disappointed, but hey their s plenty of other places that will take my money,
So I don t recommend this branch.
Terrible customer service.
