Went here today to ask about getting the oil changed on our bus. I was told they could do it in the morning but I'd have to bring my wife in for them to "have a look at" and was then asked repeatedly what rating she was out of 10.
Safe to say the oil change can wait. Sorry boys it's just not the 1970's anymore. Just for the record though... she's got 10 points on every single one of you misogynistic gorillas.

We wait 4 weeks for the repair of our car!
The guy say every time our car is the next days ready but it was not ready!
The price from the repair was more than the double as we talk about at the beginning!
We pay 8% fee for paying with creditcard...we never pay so much on another place in NZ!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in morning of the 2nd day driving from Picton to Christchurch. Had sloppy steering on centre. Ian was honest and realistic about what could be done and managed to amend the issue and make a significant improvement on the truck's handling (turns out kingpins need grease).
No complaints, fair price for the level of urgency, exactly what you want when you need to get it done.
