★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend smith&smith. This is my first time ever making a windscreen claim I had to wait a week for my window to be replaced due to someone breaking into my car. I explained that I need my car for work as I travel out of town. When the guy came after a week to fix my window he got sent the wrong window as it was tinted. They then wanted me to wait 7 days to a month. When I explained I have no transport to work they then only offered me a temporary window(after waiting a week) the next day which means another day I couldn’t get to work. The staff where not helpful at all. I ended up going with novas who offered and fitted a temp window in on the same day I called and fixed my car window within the same week. The Smith&smith representatives did not help at all and did not make an effort to fix the mistake that was caused by them. The staff where so much more helpful at novas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The newly installed windscreen is good except for the rubber on top edge it’s coming off so I came back and the technician admitted its a bad batch of glass and it was not his perfect installation but released it anyway. Very disappointed. He’s trying to explain to me it won’t affect the screen or any leaking that it’s just for cosmetic. It’s just look bad because it’s bulging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys were great but unfortunately they had received the wrong window glass for my car now I have to wait again. Wasn't happy as it right on Christmas. The lady I first spoke to ask if the small window was broken as well I said no....so she knew it was the front passagers window. Why the mix up I don't no...But they guys put a purspex plastic in for the moment. I have no idea when it will come now...very inconvenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my windscreen replaced through insurance and it was so easy! The staff are so extremely friendly and it was done within an hour. Would absolutely recommend Smith and Smith on Fitzgerald.
