Adam is an absolute asset to the Smith and Smith team in Napier. He flew through the repair job and fixed it to a very high standard. Will definitely be returning for future glass issues. A+

I was looking for someone to repair my mums glass but after these reviews I won't be using Smith & Smith. I did ring from 2.30pm onwards and it seems they refuse to answer the phone instead using a message service that states "your call can not be connected at this time." Lucky me!

Replaced windscreen looks good. But wasn't happy the lever to open the bonnet was broken off. The guy called me so i went back 15 mins later after dropping it off. Told me it was broken when i dropped it off and it was a common problem with these cars, but we managed to release the bonnet manually. I know it wasn't broken as i had changed the oil not 8 days ago and checked it 5 days prior with absolutely NO damage to the lever. $50 and 2 hours labour to replace the lever. Thanks Smith and Smith Napier 12/8

Disgraceful service. Booked my car in for a windscreen chip repair, when I turned up on the day I was told the job could not be completed due to rain. The foul mouthed gentlemen that initally served me had failed to give me a patch when I first went there. I was told someone would be in touch to re-book, but I am yet to hear back. (Several days later) I have now booked in with an alternative repairer, whose professionalism and manners far exceed those I had experienced at Smith and Smith Napier. I suggest that the branch manager hold an urgent team meeting and discuss with them on how team members should deal to clients professionally and not to use such appalling course language.

I took my toyota wish car for front windscreen replacement. After taking out windscreen they told me about the structural damage which i need to get it fixed before replacing wind screen. Their were 2 damages and they said 1 damage is minor and another is major damage . We can ignore the minor damage but you have to repair major damage .. nd i did the same and after repairing major damage i took my car back to them and they said you have to repair minor damage as well .we will not fix the glass till then you get it fixed.. and at the end i switch glass repairers.. when i told their staff that i have switch the glass repairers and he said OHHH THAT'S THE BEST DECISION. This unprofessional and rude behavior of staff is spoiling the image of smith & smith

I am giving one star because there is no option for zero stars. I took my vehicle in for a windscreen replacement so it could pass a warrant (too many chips in field of vision). When I got the vehicle back, there was a major leak. Carpet stank from the water. Took it back. The guy looked & couldn't identify the source & seemed like he couldn't be too bothered, so I went away. Took an age to dry car out. Back again after next heavy rain! Carpet soaked again, car stank. The guy blamed the panel beater even though Smith & Smith worked on it last. He said he'd fixed the leak, but he left the vehicle soggy and stinking. Next heavy rain, there were TWO leaks. Soggy, stinking carpets again. I rang the insurance company who called Smith & Smith. The AMI guy was so dissatisfied with S&S's response that he sent me to Novus. NEVER again, Smith & Smith.

First windscreen was supposed to be installed in February, wrong windscreen ordered, new windscreen ordered, supposed to be installed April, wrong windscreen ordered again, new windscreen ordered was supposed to be installed this coming Tuesday July 26th, I called and just got told it's been pushed out to September, (no one rang or informed me it had been rescheduled), my cars warrant is due this August, so now i can't get a warrant, and customer service didn't really give a s###. September will be 8 months since the first screen was supposed to be installed. As I use the car, if i get a ticket for no warrant, who do I send the fine too for payment?
