β β β β β Ordered a replacement passengers window and was told it would take around 10 days to arrive. Got initial good service and follow up reminders by txt and then the day before it was due to be repaired told it would be another 10/14 days as it was coming from overseas. The customer service person kept coughing away in my ear and wasnβt really interested
Sorry but lost confidence in this company and service

β β β β β After being rescheduled 8 times the day before the appointment because they actually didn't get my window and waiting for a total of 10 months on it to actually arrive they managed to order the wrong glass.
Saying that the staff in Wellington is really nice and helpful, its just the internal orangization that doesn't work professionally.

β β β β β Very slack, they ordered the wrong glass for my first booking, and was re rescheduled a week later.
Youβd think the proper glass would be ordered for the second time, but the wrong glass was sent in again and I was sent on my way. After telling me they may be able to do it next day after the second time, the bookings team tell me that there is no possibility of this happening.
Have now booked with Novus instead, huge waste of my time.

β β β β β Terrible workmanship quality. Had windscreen replaced. Dashboard was covered with black goo, I'm guessing glue used for windscreen. Damaged paint right over top edge of windscreen and on passenger door. Pretty big gap between seal and windscreen's glass. When I pointed out that issue S&S employee asked for before photos and said that it is supposed to be like that, i.e. seal is not supposed to touch glass. I've dealt with S&S in other cities before (Auckland, Dunedin), they were 100% professional and quality of work fantastic.

β β β β β Terrible service. They didn't order the right parts for the job. They broke the original window while trying to remove a part from it, rather than reinstalling the original window and ordering the correct parts.the original window had a stone chip. It was not broken. They had to tape a plastic sheet where the window should have been.
They also left the new window that they had ordered loose on the back seat. Luckily I checked before I drove off as it was unsecured.
I had to chase them to find out when it would be rescheduled. Found out it would take over a week before they could put a new window in because they didn't want to reschedule until the part arrived.
They finally agreed to book the car in for when the part was due to arrive. They installed the window, but it was second hand (the car is 6 years old) and had a scratch in it.
They also lost part of the door panel which I noticed and advised them on before I left. They couldn't find it in the workshop. They were meant to call me the next working day, but they didn't. I now have to chase them again to get the part they lost replaced and to replace the poor quality window they installed ?
