★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really cute and enjoyable desserts here! Nice chill atmosphere in there and the staff are friendly. Good place for dessert or some milk tea.
I have been to Snow Town a few times and it's always just as good as last time.
They have a good selection of dessert and some slices of cakes in the cabinets and a good selection of teas and toppings to go along with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had classic best last Tuesday and I will never recommend this to any1. I would prefer buying a cheese cake for 16$ and eat at home rather then their classic best as it had only 4 little cubes of cheesecake with a scoop of ice cream on top and some chewy rice cake. But the fact at the bottom there's nothing to taste its just frozen milk and ice that has been crushed and put in a bowl which makes it look like a good serve, however it's not worth paying 16$ for eating 90% of milk n ice that has no flavor in them.
It looked tempting but with no taste upon trying it.
Serving staffs were nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been always wanted to try this shop. Went to this shop this week around 8 something in the evening. It was really busy. 2 staffs were working hard, running in and out, taking orders, touching different machines, customers queuing. Friendly service. Sadly I found the hygiene awareness is shocking. I ordered a classic shaved ice. I waited patiently.
I have been observing the food preparation process. The shave ice has got almond and rice cake toppings. The staff used his bare hands (not even wearing gloves or use a spoon/tong) grabbed from the container and put into the shave ice. ? I was not even sure if he would use his bare hand to press onto the shave ice during the preparation. There was no spoon/tong or gloves seen for direct food contact. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my shave ice (I don't mind, I can understand it's busy). In the mean time, the staff was running in and out the cashier and store room, touching dirty table cloth, touching cashier machine, different container covers, table. He did not even have time to wash his hands properly. All he did was rinsing his hands under the tap for 1 second,touched the dirty cloth to dry hands and rush off to other tasks.
I can understand the pressure during food preparation. However, using unwashed bare hands to grab the toppings (plus has been touching so many things before) and serve to customers is disgusting.
If there's no time to wash hands, at least use a tong or spoon during the preparation, especially uncooked direct food contact.
Not planning to go back. No confidence in the hygiene awareness.
Customer service is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go every Tuesday after school. The man working Tuesday arvos, knows my order and is always so lovely. Honestly being able to enter and be greeted in such a jovial manner AND drink the most delicious salted caramel bubble tea I've ever had (bare in mind I've traveled far and wide and nothing compares) it makes my whole week :) I've tried some of their other drinks too, and they're all superb. 100% recommended.
My mates and I have shared some of they're desserts aswell. To die for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Strawberry milk tea, strawberry essence was too much, so tasted like a jelly in cream, couldn't feel the milk taste at all. Not like the normal milk bubble tea, will not try again.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing little spot in the middle of town. It's so nice and cosy, and the atmosphere is even better to be able to just sit back and enjoy your dessert and your bubble tea. The staff are so nice and welcoming we will definitely be back again! 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice vibey little dessert bar for something a bit different. Was anticipating a pile of ice-cream but most of it is shaved ice with ice cream on top and other garnishes which made made it far lighter and palatable. I ordered the caramel coffee and it was super tasty with plenty of garnishes. I tried both the others, the cheesecake one felt as though it needed cheesecake surrounds with biscuit garnish rather than small cheesecake pieces. The matcha was a bit different but nice too! Other recommendations: the regular size is totally enough for one, you'd probably share a large. Definitely drizzle all the milk over even though it may seem odd. Helps dissolve some of the shaved ice and you're left with a creamy left-over
