WUCHA is a New Zealand owned beverage brand, known for its high-quality bubble tea ranges, friendly and heart-warming services, and its passionate pursuit for healthy and mindful lifestyles. The first WUCHA store was opened in Albany, Auckland in March 2018, and quickly spread across both islands in New Zealand. To the current date, there are 16 WUCHA stores operating in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown.
Bubble tea has been a popular street drink in Asian countries for over a decade, where it mixes traditional Chinese tea with tapioca balls (bubble) to create refreshing and enjoyable tastes. WUCHA New Zealand has redefined the traditional bubble tea to represent a more natural and healthier lifestyle by adding local natural dairy products. We have also made a fusion of fresh fruits in the drinks to create a beauteous delight, which has attracted a large group of loyal customers. There are currently around 10,000 customers who have joined our loyalty programme, and around 20,000 subscribers on WUCHA New Zealand‘s social media accounts, including Instagram, Tiktok, Douyin, Little Red Book, Facebook and WeChat.

โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful premises and friendly staff. Delicious bubble tea. Loved the flavored pearls that tasted like toffee, unlike some places that add the pearls only for texture. I had the Dirty Milk Tea with Pearls. The tea itself could have tasted a bit more of tea instead of straight milk, but it made a good drink nonetheless with the pearls. Loved the decor, and the service.

โ โ โ โ โ A little pricy for a bubble tea. For me, it had a bit too much flavour with way too many toppings. Probably not the best tea if you just want the basic tea. The shop itself is warm and clean.

โ โ โ โ โ My favourite place for Boba, daughter and I go each week on a Friday after pick up from school then occasionally head to the games shop on the way back to the library, it's a great way to finish the week.
Friendly staff, plenty of choices and advice. My favourite is the Soy Milk Tea with Cream Cheese, I sub out the peanuts (allergy) for more pudding and cream cheese โค๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ Some of the staff is wonderful. They're nice and try to make a drink how you like it. There could be a bit of wait time and covid affected the hours. Not sure when the store would be open. Good thing is every drink can be made with non dairy option. It is a bit expensive however the lovely ambience,staff and quality of drink make up for that ?
