The guy from Solar Kings did not really listen to the fact that we would like our batteries installed but wanted to sell us something much better for thousands of $$$ - he would not even consider checking out our site and the industry grade batteries that we already own.
Nice doing business with people who are only out for the quick buck... NOT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solar king offered us a good service and package.
When my grid has stop working and not been able to buy back after 1yr and a half they are hard to get hold of them for repairs.
They will tell u everything on the phone and if they can’t solve the problem they will say that there’s something wrong with your internet. They will hv all the excuses just to save them a technician going into your house to fix.
My experience with this SOLARKING is a Rip-off and paying 11k for it, they are really damn good lies.
And people who want to put solar in their homes. Don’t do it you will hardly notice a savings. For example your monthly is $300 and your buy back is only $6 to $8 In total of $292
Not much for a 11k grid.
Buy back Is only 8cents per $1.28.
Hope this helps to other people before they decide buying a solar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are all about contracts and locking ya in. I wanted to use my own electrician to do the most part of the install and just wanted to buy the system from Solar king (which they make it sound like on their website they sell complete setup units ready to be installed they never mentioned by their installers only....) but they quickly turned it into sorry we cant help you we only sell our systems supplied and installed by our technicians.... my electrician has more experience and more care than any other ive ever come across. I wouldnt trust any other technician to work on my house. And by the looks of the other reviews with poor service and warranty claims on here im glad ive dodged a bullet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solar king never help you when there’s a problem on your grid, small or big thing.
After they sold you their product they disappear and say bye bye to your money.
I won’t recommend solar king.
Solar king you should do the right thing specially when you the contract says 10yrs warranty and just fix it don’t let the customer chase you every week just to get my envoy setup. You have the experience of fixing not the customer.
