β β β β β Absolutely first class regarding accessibility to advice and instructions on how to use the system. We had been looking for solar for some time and these people had all the answers but to top it off it was affordable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Hung up on when transferred to the sales person, called back, got called "ma'am", asked a simple question and I was happy to wait for the engineer to get back to me, which they didn't do, had to call again to find out, support person refused to say 'yes' or 'no' to whether the building would structurally handle it, but preferred to argue about building ownership... customer service is not difficult. Get a consultant.

β β β β β One star based on the poor customer service. Hours of time wasted on the phone to sort out a technical issue which after weeks of battling am now waiting for a call back (again) to get an appointment from the technician to come and sort it out.

Several promises that a local technician will contact me to arrange a visit but no contact received.
