★ ★ ★ ★ ★ doc literally had a bad attitude when I was inquiring and got a bit irritated for no reason. Also saying that I can’t speak properly??? Couldn’t prescribe additional medication and called it off because he said it was “busy” when there was only 1 person outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normal waiting time (if you are able to get an appointment within a few days) is an hour after your appointment time and the reception is generally grumpy and unhelpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest,normal you should waiting at least 30-60mins after your appointment time(except the pregnant),maybe that is NZ speed....。 I am wondering that additional charge will be applied for over 15mins, can they pay us for delay our appointment Over 30-60mins or more..
