I called 09 272 4163 at 12:45pm and waited for 20 minutes in the queue. I asked the call centre worker my question, she was unable to answer and she said she would put me through to the clinic. The phone rang for a further 3 minutes at the Dannemora clinic, no one answered and then the phone disconnected. This is grossly incompetent and a complete waste of my time.

Dealt with one of the worst receptionist today, was not at all empathetic was talking very rudely. Not willing to give us early appointments until you give them a stern reply. Waiting hours are way too long. Overall poor customer service would not recommend at all.

Its on behalf of wife she was very sick and went to see her gp but the receptionists said her to wait and she waited 4 hours after that they said he is very busy he can’t see you , you can come back tomorrow she went there 3 times continuously day after day and they always make same excuse doctor is very busy come tomorrow or can see other doctor as her gp is well known about her conditions, receptionist are too much rude so i take my wife to otara to see other doctors. Also when we call them they always said no appointments required to see gp and as soon as we walk in the same excuse were made all the time. Unprofessional staff. Very rude

Worse Receptionist and administration area ever. Always hangup never answers phone always checking their mobile Too busy talking with each other in their own languages which I fine rude. Some Doctors are really Awesome and just 2 aren't,nurses are Awesome but man need to get new Receptionist ASAP coz man they not friendly at all No Smile, No Empathy or anything and just rude at times. I've rung call center they put me thru and then I get hung up from them so I tell the call center when I ring again then get put thru to the nurses. Man they need to upgrade their Receptionist Big Time

Little advise for receptionist, Stop nodding your head when a customer asking a question to you guys. It’s rude and unprofessional. If you not happy find an another job or do your job properly. It’s your job to answer queries. Not being rude just disappointed with the service and experience. Please stop lying to patients aswell - Like 3 hours wait when hardly 2-3 patients in clinic. Why even come to work if rushing to go home early.

Daughter went for inoculations 02/05/2022 and the nurse doing it was really unfriendly. For kids going it should be about making them feel comfortable. This was very unpleasant experience, communication was not clear, we waited for 30min after with no one coming to check and see and give us the all clear to leave I had to check.

I understand our health professionals are under alot of pressure, however waiting on the phone for the call centre for an hour to be redirected to your local Doctor (Dannemora) and then hung up on. This has gotten out of hand and needs to be addressed. The receptionists are very rude at the desk and do not have any empathy what so ever. It's really disheartening to witness or even be the one having to deal with, especially when your going through serious health issues yourself. The Doctor I went to visit was an absolute gem, content and listened and was very detailed. However the lack of empathy shown by their receptionist were rude

Save your time and don't come here, reviews are all true there is a major issue with reception and waiting times. The staff was polite to me and the doctors are fine. However its impossible to reach the reception by the phone, and its impossible to make an appointment. Came in and was told there is 1 hour wait. After 2 hours of waiting I had leave and come back the next day. Next day was told there is another 1 hour wait, 4 hours later, no luck. It wasn't very busy even. Last drop was when I was told Im next in line, 30 min later they called in the patient arrived an hour after me. After almost 4 hours of waiting I just walked out. What a waste of time.
