★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the shop is un-professional in her work and attitude. She spoiled my daughter's expensive prom dress and took heavy alteration price. She took really long to do such poor quality work.
Anyone wanting quality work should avoid this place. This is rip-off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my formal dress in for alteration 3 months prior, went to pick it up on the day of the formal. Someone else answered the door and gave me a bag with the dress and it had been untouched, and told me she had left the country (I wasn't told about this). It was very expensive getting an alteration elsewhere at the last minute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm short and Sophi has altered probably 20 items for me. She's been amazing with changing zips on dresses, shortening sleeves, pants, and skirts. Oh and I always ask her to sew pickets into my dresses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t quote the price and didn’t say pick up date either, she just said that she will call us when it ready but never called. She is very aggressive to customer to explain, don’t even care. We will never go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such quick turnaround on my bridesmaid's dress, perfect alterations, and so affordable! Sophi was so friendly and easy to deal with, and with such an important dress it was nice to have it in the hands of someone so trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work was good quality but on both occasions she was rude and severely lacked customer service skills. She didn't say hello at all even though her shop was empty. Instead she told me to wait while she finished purchasing items online. It felt as though it was an inconvenience to her that I and other people were giving her work to do. I will think twice before returning to Sophi's Alterations.
