We currently have positions vacant for Tailors, Sewing Machinists, Shop Managers and Customer Service waiting for you. With our on-going training, you will extend your tailoring, management, dressmaking, fashion and customer service knowledge which inline, will help you advance in your career. In fact approximately 15% of our existing franchisees started as Looksmart staff working as tailors, shop managers and even customer service staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little bit disappointed. Went to this particular outlet as I needed to get two pants taken up. I decided to go here because if the good reviews I had read. There was nothing wrong with the customer service provided by the lady, but in all honesty I'm not paying $24 for one pair of pants to be taken up. I decided to go somewhere else where I paid $30 for both pairs of pants to be taken up. I don't care if it was because of the fabric when I can get it done cheaper somewhere else - sorry you have lost a customer in me

Kudos to them for doing such a good job in a tiny space too. Definitely recommend for quality work and professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a zipper repaired, was a bit more than i expected to pay but cheaper than a new coat! Repair seems pretty sturdy. Couldn't pick it up the day i was meant to as it was near the end of the day and timings were not aligning. Location is so handy and the opening hours are really convenient. Staff were pretty friendly and helpful. Overall was pretty happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in and had my pants tapered and taken in by a tall young man, I think his name may have been Brodie? But he was so lovely, efficient and I was able to pick them up by the end of the day! The quality of his work was amazing too, you would have thought that my pants came out of the factory like that! Definitely recommend!
