I really enjoyed my first class at Soul. Sarah was super accommodating and professional and the studio was beautiful and clean. The class was fantastic and I was offered alternative options to accommodate my injury.
Also I noticed the new floor in the studio is an antibacterial SPC planking which is a great hygienic option for a yoga space, especially during covid. Great choice!
Will be signing up after my trial ends for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I attended this month's wellness evening on Sleep. It was a very informative and useful evening. Christina presented great scientific explanations for sleep patterns as well as ideas for getting better sleep. I went home and had the best sleep ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An attractive, modern, and fully-equipped studio. The owner, Sarah, is equal parts passion and compassion and as genuine as they come. Her and all the other teachers have done an amazing job of creating a truly inclusive space where practioners of all levels can feel right at home. I love to think of this studio as my 'home base' and always look forward to coming here ?

This nurturing space offers a feeling of peace and safety.
Sarah and her team bring their knowledge and sense of fun to the classes whilst maintaining a calm space to practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although this is a new business, it has a multitude of experience. Sarah (the owner) is well equipped to dive deep and really create a true intimate sanctuary here. She has carefully chosen her staff and is wide open to suggestions which is incredibly refreshing and is offering a space to embrace and truly explore. My journey with yoga is only10 years young and is a work in progress, so my suggestion for what it’s worth would be to come and experience it for yourself and I can say with confidence - you won’t be disappointed ❣️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad to have found Soul Studio yoga. I had tried a few other yoga places in Christchurch but they weren’t ticking all the boxes for me. This studio is perfect and the teachers are knowledgeable and lovely. Teachers also remember your name and offer guidance, giving it a very inclusive feel.
