You guys see how oily the green curry is.
How could you make something like this and how could you service such and inedible dish to a paying customer.
I could have cooked something much better while watching YouTube recipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered Soul Thai via UberEats and was highly impressed with the quality, presentation and taste of the food. The branded packaging was neat and we thoroughly enjoyed each of our dishes including, chilli lime fried chicken, chicken Larb, chicken Thai fried rice, Thai prawn salad and salt & pepper squid.
The flavours were fresh, vibrant and the requested spice level being Thai Hot was catered perfectly to. Highly recommended!

Chicken Bao was ok
Pad Thai - there was only noodles and chicken..beansprouts, chives and crushed peanuts were missing and it was way too bland
Thai Fried rice - No spring onions and fresh vegetables. Seriously is this the way the food is served where the ingredients are missing as per the menu. You guys did not follow what was given in the menu…the only thing which was followed properly was the Price..
Can’t order again for this kind of quality and specially when the price is so high…
Very disappointed…I do not recommend..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect it to be slow and the service poor. Max was hopeless - and 12 minutes after it said the order was ready on UberEats, it wasn't. Go across the road to Royal Siam Thai. The service and speed is much, much better. But I would give them 3 stars for their food - it is tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered chicken pad thai and lamb curry. There were about 3 small pieces of chicken in the entire pad thai. I totally understand times are hard with covid but the pad thai was $18 and really should have had more protein than that. The lamb was really flavourless and tough and again there were only a couple of pieces. The staff looked really frantic and I understand that they were busy but for the price paid we would have been much better to have ordered pizza or fast food. We also had to wait for almost an hour when we were told the wait time would be 15 minutes which wasn’t ideal. A disappointing meal and sadly we will not be able to order from Soul Thai again.
I see others have had more positive experiences so I would love to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt - this could have been a one off.

Thank you for making my order at the very last minute so late at night 5 minutes before you closing. I really appreciated that.
The pad thai would have been great without the live cochroach- the noodle chicken ratio was 1:100…but given the time i had placed the order, this could possibly done in such a rush that this may have been overlooked.
The beef salad was a bit sad - the dressing may have also been overlooked. The whole chillis had no kick and were really musty.
I was really hungry, sorry i still am.
They do offer free delivery, but like normal local businesses, real human beings run and operate this place. I’d be happy to try this place when im abit more brave and during more suitable human hours?
