★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The veges are so less in the sandwich, I almost choked due to dry sandwich. I asked for more veges but they are so stingy n adding 3 slices. Mr. Manager If u wanna save money on veges you will lose customers and then u will have to throw those veges. Teach ur staff to make the right sandwich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! The decor is so bright and fresh looking. The environment is kept clean and there are QR codes on the door and cabinet. We were served by Tim and Anshu who gave us amazing customer service. I even watched a fresh bag of lettuce be emptied out into the container! Very fresh food and the whole experience just reignited my love and appreciation for Subway. Thanks Subway Royal Oak for your amazing efforts to keep us happy and healthy.

I ordered a 6 inch sub of the day and the guy at the counter gave the tiniest sprinkle of shredded cheese and as little as possible of each salad in my sandwich. He even skipped an ingredient. When I asked for a paperbag for my 6 inch sub of the day, he gave me the smallest paperbag which is probably what they use for cookies... I am not coming back to this stingy branch again and wouldn't recommend it to anybody esp if he is there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought the saddest salad from Subway Royal Oak! The guy was extremely stingy with the portions with the salad only filling about a 1/4 of the container (See photos below). The photos show the salad portion AFTER I had to ask multiple times for more filling! I'm so disappointed that this cost $12.50 and after checking out previous reviews and seeing the same issue others have had, I think you seriously need to sort this problem out. Will actively be telling people about this experience.
(Side note: The other two workers on at the time were lovely)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay for extras and get a sandwich with more bread than filling. Disgraceful. Intentionally keeping people out of the store even though you are allowed to open, so they cant see how cheap you’re being. Will not be back
