★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice accommodation in a great location in Central Christchurch. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and well maintained. The grounds are well maintained. Our only issue was fitting our large vehicle in very tight parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed that no response received to voice mail left asking for call. Request to reserve car park wasn't actioned. No chair or desk in room which wasn't ideal for work trip.
Won't be staying here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super central location, we were able to stay out late in the city with only a quick walk back. Reasonably small rooms but I've never understood the appeal of large hotel rooms if you're not staying in them all day. We did get woken kind of early by tradies on site but we were in a room right next to the car park so I don't imagine that's common. Overall a lovely and cozy place to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had unfortunately experience of arriving and walking into an unserviced room. They immediately moved us to another room.
Only thing was you had to reserver off street parking. But on street parking wasn't too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't end up staying after seeing my room. I asked for a refund then checked out. Thank god the guy working on the front desk was sympathetic and refunded my already paid booking. So grateful to him.
Rooms are so small. To be fair the room was clean however the room didnt look anything like the photos on the website. The place reminded me of a hostel. Not apartments. The stench that is a big issue in Chch is really really bad here.
I paid a little bit extra to stay at a much better hotel. The Carnmore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 4 nights. The unit was small but perfect for 2 people. Was a good location with close walking distance to central Christchurch. We asked for parking and was offered a spot with no trouble at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is really nice and great place to stay once your in Christchurch. The apartment we're in has 2 Queen beds it spacious has a couch and very tidy place. Looks brand new building. We love our one night stay we definitely be back here. Not too far from the city center and Philippine Consulate Christchurch where we went there for. Just a walking distance to city center and mall and shops.
