★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty decent place to stay. Room are clean, service is good. Staff are friendly and efficient. They struggled a bit going to red and having to change procedures for a conference group, but that was just something to be reasonable about. I'd book here again, waking distance to CBD and lots of places to eat. Grab the Tram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Above and beyond! Just wanted to give a shout out Julia and her team. We recently stayed at the Rydges and found the beds very comfortable. The team helped us order the same mattress for our home. This is kiwi hospitality at its finest. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed weekend in Christchurch, everything from food to service was outstanding. You would struggle to find a better buffet breakfast and the staff were great. Bloody Mary's serves up awesome cocktails (and food), gotta try their apple crumble cocktail. Will be back for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rydges Latimer Christchurch is a high quality hotel located in the centre of Christchurch. The rooms were spacious, with good facilities and furnishings. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Rooms were clean and tidy. The restaurant (The Bloody Mary) served an excellent cooked breakfast. Service was professional, polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
