From day 1 we have had issues, first was leaks due to poor installation, ongoing issues with faulty parts and the after sales service and support team couldn't be more unhelpful or care less. I am constantly having to chase them about our issues. I would never buy from them again. They won't stand behind their product or warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a vortex paladian spa in early February having been told it was in stock and could be delivered and installed within a fortnight. I was advised that I needed to pay a 50% deposit immediately to secure it. As soon as I paid the deposit I was told it wasn’t in stock but there would be one arriving early-mid March. Mid March arrives, and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I follow up to be advised that the ship was delayed and won’t be arriving until the end of April. I appreciate these are unprecedented times, but it’s no excuse for poor customer service. My spa hasn’t even arrived yet and I regret going with spa world. Now reading the other reviews of people having issues with their spas being damaged, I’m filled with dread. My advice- keep looking and use another company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service and after sales support experience I've ever had. I bought a Jacuzzi Spa and after 2 weeks I noticed that one of the led lights is missing a part which eventually caused other damages to the spa. After constantly having to chase them about this it took them months to send the part. Once the technician dropped the part, he asked me to submit another call with Spa World for him to be able to charge the installation cost of the part.
Broken part has now caused other damages to the spa. I have emailed, called and submitted multiple service tickets with no progress and after more than 4 months, issue is not yet resolved.
Avoid this place - as soon as they sell their product, you won’t hear back from them if you need any support. Support team is so unhelpful and careless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a louvre pergola and our friend recommended us to buy from Spa World. Went there at Panmure Showroom with my wife and were greeted by Michael O’Loan, the manager. He was very friendly and professional and gave us a quick run down of the Vortex Louvre Pergola and the benefits and features.
We then signed up the order to purchase the item, all done very efficiently.
We were impressed by the well displayed range of products which are of high quality and standards. The services provided were immaculate. Thanks Michael for attending to us.

The store manager Michael was beyond passionate about the quality and performance of their jacuzzi range so we went for it and confirmed the order. I highly recommend you speak with Spa World, they have been around for a long time.
