★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called during their off day as it's a long weekend. She promise to call back next day for available slot. She did, even no slot for me as I am going to fly back next day. Great service, should have book a week before if you are going to use their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The opening times advertised on the website are incorrect. I arrived at 4:45pm to pick up my vehicle as the website advertises at 5:30pm closure and I found it to be already closed. After eventually making contact with the manager, there was a lot of blame shifting and refusal to return my vehicle until the next day. After 1.5 hours, of waiting and discussion, vehicle was finally returned.
Clean itself was done fairly poorly, smudges left on the glass, dust left on the dashboard, and outside not polished well.
Do not recommend at; poor customer service and cleaning.

Oh and why not get a hair cut while you wait yes the boy's do that also Barbers while you wait.. ? All in All Happy with the service provided and would recommend the team to any one who wants to get their car cleaned..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked in for the crew supreme clean ($140) yesterday, when I picked the car up they tried to charge me $260 saying they cleaned the seats which was extra. I never asked for this and was very awkward being charged double what I expected. So in the end they charged me the 140 plus gst, but still I don't like this they should say +gst or state the actual price. So to the car clean. After driving out into the sun the car was not clean. It looked like they just waxed it on top of dirt and scratched the paint surface, I had to take it back to be cleaned again. Also noticed there was still stains and marks on the dash and seats that were not cleaned off, the rubbers on the doors had been pulled off aggressively and loose and don't clip back on well, this is a brand new car so I'm not happy about it. Also I specifically asked not to use deodorizer as it has that nice new car smell only to find they had used deodorizer that smells very musty and has overpowered the new car smell. I would not trust these guys, looks like they do very basic no love car wash and try to charge for extras you don't ask for. 1 star. I was so close to going back and asking for a refund, but thought I'd be better to warn others

SIDHU did an outstanding job and my car looks like new on both the inside and the outside. His service was impeccable and I will be using his services again in the future. Highly recommend him!
