★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 minute drive plus another 10 minutes of my life I can't get back again. Needed to convert micro-SIM to nano but, even though I have a business account they referred me to their Albany Centre because the 'type' of account was 'consumer'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst customer service I have come across in all my years in business. Despite numerous attempts,still waiting for them to sort out my account. Goes back to March and costing me $200 to $300 more than it should each month for numbers that are not mine or are obsolete. If I had choice I would never use them again. Hopeless Hubb and a zero rating is too good
