★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Email said I would have internet in 4-6 weeks. They use another company to install the fibre. They came at 8am Saturday morning (way earlier than organised and took photos of our home, without permission), no ID either. Then the second time they didnt even show up or contact us. Unlimited internet took no responsibility and wont help us. We want out of our contract as it has been 8 weeks and no internet. We even canceled our internet and has to resign up. They are ignoring me now and refusing. I will be taking legal action

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has been over taken by HD. I received an email that I don't have to do anything. This month my credit card was not charged and I received an email to pay it manually, which I immediately did . I went to my account settings to make sure my credit card details are stored for the next month. They charged me again and would not reply to my emails when asked for a refund. I then called them and they said it can take 30 days to receive a refund.The agent Allan refused to escalate this call saying there is no manager to escalate this call. He said this is the way they operate.He also hung up on me rudely.If they record the calls they can check if they want to confirm this story.The new website does not have the hours of operations mentioned on their website or any manager's details. This shows their poor customer service and refusal to take ownership of the matter.
