★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum came in yesterday to get a data pack and travel adaptor for her trip to Thailand. She wasnt sure how to upload the packs so handed the woman over her phone. She has a samsung phone and asked for a single adaptor for thailand. The woman told her she will need a pack of adaptors not a single. My mum came to me and asked which one she uses.....after looking at the box the woman has sold her a world pack for an apple phone. We have called numerous times and had no answer and left a message. Finally when they answered, I explained the situation, we received no apology what so ever. Now my mums uncertain whether her data pack is going to work and we dont live in the town where this was purchased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a package deal with new mob number etc for $29.00. I topped up via my phone to the total of $140.00 (3 seperate times) which only lasted approx 24 hrs. I went into to the shop yesterday and was informed I used the wrong option to top up and was using the most expensive service. I was not aware /advised of this and I was very disappointment that no support/apology/help was given by the young staff member. I had hoped she might have talked to the manger to see if there was anything that could have been done. I left the shop feeling very frustrated and no credit on my phone. I asked the staff member what option I should have used to top up and she was unable to advise.

Rachel was absolutely lovely to talk to as she listened to our situation and provided the best plan for us. We have had a few follow up visits to ask questions and at every visit, Rachel was absolutely top notch. Mobile shops these days sells the same hardware and plans are almost similar. What sets them apart are the human and people interface. In this aspect, Rachel and Spark Gore were awesome. Fantastic service!
A friend wanted to get a mobile phone last week and Erica was just simply and absolutely fabulous. Not only did she help my friend get the best plan, she helped to transfer all the contact over. This is an awesome example of service. Thanks Erica and well done Spark Gore.
