★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this lil shop.The lovely lady manager with long blonde hair(sometimes pink) is always sooo friendly...lovely lady....always greeted with a smile and "Hello,and how are you?" when we walk in....prices are good too...and for a small shop...lots of variety.....cool shop!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give no stars - I would. Some of the staff members are not pleasant in this shop. Arrogant young female so-called-manager. Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHOP PROCEDURES. On two occasions upon taking items to counter. I have been told, that the items could not be sold, though in a priced area. Wanted to charge me more than stated. A very unpleasant place to shop. Pukekoke has more op shops that you can shop in, or donate too. I won't ever donate to the SPCA sorry! I agree with other feedback regarding the women with the coloured hair - RUDE! Just because you are a "charity". Does NOT give you permission to treat people how you like. I will spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere!
NOTICE : AS OF FEB 2019 THIS OP SHOP HAS A SIGN OUT FRONT ADVISING THAT ALL DONATIONS WILL BE LOOKED THROUGH BEFORE YOU CAN LEAVE WITH THEM. THIS IS SO THEY CAN PULL OUT THE " SO CALLED" VALUABLE ITEMS. THEY ARE BEING PICKY. donate elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been in here a few times I never get greeted just stared at or completely ignored as if I'm not even in the shop. Customer service is a failure they seem to pick and choose who they want to talk to. Wouldn't even bother spending a cent in this place. Do not recommend at all there is IHC op shop around the corner which is better!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited this opp shop probably 15 times now and always leave feeling peeved off. The shop assistant with the pink hair has never once said hello as you enter the store or while browsing or even so much as looked up. I have deliberately stood and looked at items in and around the counter to give her the benefit of the doubt...nothing! It's not hard to say hello and smile and it goes such a long way to making people feel welcome and want to stay in store. Made the decision not to return again, a lot more friendlier places to opp shop.

I've always always been greeted with a Hello and a friendly conversation, the shop is well set out with easy to see displays, it's tidy I'm guessing the sign has helped reduce any rubbish being dripped off as its clean and tidy unlike other op shop's in the area.
I've never had a problem with the prices they a marked very reasonable.
I'd highly recommend this op shop for
Quality clothing and bits and Bob's.
Another great bargain from this amazing shop love the atmosphere and friendly conversation how great it is to have a shop that supports the Animal's ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sounds like someone has a vendetta grudge or something.As a regular customer 3-4days a week.. Lol.. Staff are always welcoming and happy..
I have only ever found this shop, not only the cleanest and most organised, and the friendliest and welcoming to all walks of life where others aren't so welcome in their shop.. We have 6+ op shops in Pukekohe and this is my favourite.. Will always visit and I know it will be enjoyable. Happy to support the SPCA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer of this shop. During the years have bought some absolutely fascinating pieces and have been donating. Never had problem with not being greeted. Most of the outlets don't have a staff to stay at the door to greet their customers.
I recommend shopping from the SPCA charity shops and especially from the little one in Pukekohe. It's a pleasant experience and you help the unfortunate, abandoned animals.
