β β β β β Have emailed Cindy Guo twice about viewing a house, as they require a vaccine passport, which I don't have. I was under the impression that after the 5th april, the vaccine requirements no longer stand. Either way, I haven't even received a reply email. Won't be buying or selling with you guys now!

β β β β β I just ended an almost 2 years contract with them, in Pukekohe, and it was an amazing customer service! At the beginning, I was a bit disappointed with the treatment there in general, but after that, Carmen Jones started to be a manager of the apartment I was renting and she is a lovelly person and super committed to her work! I can say all the 5 stars is because of Carmen Jones, because all my experience with any other person there was terrible!

β β β β β We have used Barfoot and Thompson Pukekohe twice in the past 12 months, firstly to sell our house and now renting while we build. Selling was a breeze with Diana Cussen, and the rental team were very helpful in finding a place that ticked all the boxes for our family.
Leona Dinsdale has been great to deal with as our property manager. Friendly, respectful and has resolved any issues promptly.
