★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went into Taupo branch today because my glasses had a broken arm so thought I'd need to ho through an eye exam ect to get new glasses but the lovely lady who served us was able to find frames to fit my lens saving me a lot of money. She doesnt know what this has meant to us. In todays economic climate where everything is going up in price, this lovely lady went beyond and above for us finding frames, putting my len's in the new frames and making us feel like we were valued. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brooke was very thorough with my eye test. I thought my current glasses were fine but she suggested I could stay with them or upgrade to the ones that were a fraction clearer than my current ones. I decided to upgrade.
Suzannah helped meet my price range of glasses
Natalie fitted my glasses and helped with my choice of colour and style
Overall, with the team work I was happy with the 2 x pair of glasses I decided on. I am a bit concerned with all the dust and cobwebs I now see in my house!!!

I was assisted by two staff members, initially by a young lady on 24.05.22 whose name I have since forgotten, the other Grace Hind who fitted the glasses for me. Both ladies were excellent to deal with, polite, respectful and obviously knew their job very well. Both are obviously great assets to the Taupo Specsavers team.
