★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff but wasn't impressed when they asked my parter if they needed any help when they saw me tell him I was looking for a book. It's also the only place I know that constantly forgets to ask or lookup and see if people are Whitcoulls members as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I ask for help to find out stationary for my kid beacause I was with my little one lady said they won't go out and help people. How rude is that. Really, what the heck you are doing there then, you were three staff in the shop with one customer. You need to change your attitude towards customer.ALTHOUGH they help me when I said I will come back with more free time. And I appreciate that. But first reaction was so bad.
