★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly atmosphere. I had the loveliest experience with Erin. I have curly hair and usually leave a salon looking and feeling like a drowned rat, but she made sure she dried and styled it really nicely and I truly appreciated it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend has had her hair done countless times over the years never had any issues when going to the hair dresser, but stepped out to try VIVO TAUPO and her Hair was wrecked asked for half head of blonde foils hair was patchy and stil had Strands of black at top of my hair.
Hair was no different to the color in her hair already. spent 200 dollars just to be told come back again . Came back again spent over 200 and hair turned to orange and told book another appointment for November ?? the hair dresser didn't know what she was doing constantly asking for what product to use hair felt dry and turned ranga. Worst experience she has ever had definitely place that RIPS off people trying to make more money by telling them to come back
HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE WIPING THE DUST TAKING MY MONEY AND NOT TURNING BACK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using Vivo Services. My hairstylist was Tennille and she was fantastic! Punctual, friendly, helpful and did an amazing job with my hair, I left the salon happy with the service I received. Salon was clean and tidy. A great selection of hair care products on display. I received everything that was stated in the ‘$149 First Time Client’ package which was great value for money. I was informed by my stylist of additional costs prior to my treatment (Vivo website clearly states pricing AND additional charges depending on hair). My only complaint would be some colour which was not scrubbed off my forehead and around my face. All in all I do highly recommend this business if you’re wanting great value for money, a nice atmosphere and good conversation.
