★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only problem is whilst in other city's ordering through another specsavers they can never access information through their systems as whakatane never shows up so they've had to ring for information. Just a bit time consuming...
I have just learnt to ring whakatane specsavers myself now and just deal with them directly regardless if I am closer to another specsavers.
But in saying that everytime i ring in I usually get greeted with a lovely person who goes over and beyond to fulfill my requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed with the experience and had no option but to ask for my money to be refunded as they apparently didn't want my business, failed to want to produce a cheaper option and just lost my script and chosen frames. End of story and any business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and no interest in customers that won’t go down the 500 Dollars plus road. Didn’t even receive a call to say my glasses had arrived. After 3 plus weeks rung them and was informed they had been there for 3 days. Won’t be back as there are other options in Whakatane

Had a blast chatting with the optometrist during my eye exam, everyone was extremely kind and very helpful, and the store in general looked nice and was comfortable.
We will definitely be repeat customers. ?
