★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an ACC part funded customer, when asked Timaru branch of Bay Audiology for a quote for 2 aids, they wouldnt provide this until they knew how much my ACC funding was. Receptionist became quite rude and abrubt on the phone. This raised alarm bells to me. I ended up purchasing aids from another audiologist who were more than happy to provide a quote without knowing the ACC funding first and have been great with adjustments since.
