★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are cold and have no customer service skills and were only interested in a hard sell and went to all extremes to get a sale whilst offering limited help. This is the WORST optometrist I've ever been to and will never return to a Specsavers nor could I recommend them. Avoid them at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altogether a very relaxing total eye experience. Staff members right along the chain have been well trained to take the customer to each station, explain the procedure, take the measurements, collate the results so that the specialist optometrist can explain the findings and recommend choices. If glasses are required the assistants can display the frames and help the customer make a reasoned choice. At no time is pressure applied to take the most expensive option. Every effort is made for the customer to purchase glasses that will remedy any defect satisfactorily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. No privacy - felt rushed- too much hard (up) selling. I ended up not purchasing any glasses which wasn't the plan. I don't recall all of this stuff happening on my previous visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to push one start to write a review...the staff don't deserve any stars! My daughter is a solo mum and is studying nursing, in her second year, and found she needs classes, winz help her pay for this, but she has to pay is back and that's fine because she doesn't want a free ride. As soon as the staff found she had a winz card ....they changed completely! Patronizing, condescending, belittling her to the point where she spent the rest of the day in years. They had so many rules about the use of the winz card , and wasn't able to use the full amount of what study lunch told her she was aloud to use...is specsavers skimming the till here? To the staff...my daughter is a proud kiwi girl trying to better her and her daughter's life. She won't be receiving help from winz once she is a qualified nurse. So can I suggest that you treat people with the respect they deserve weither they are spending 100 or 700 $. One day my daughter might be nursing you...how do u want to be treated!

The seller said “it will be different in your country” when I was just asking how long it takes to make the glasses; she also said “that is not for you” when I looking at frame with $450... totally not recommend this place

A very pleasant experience from the time I walked in the door. I was able to get a walk in appointment which was great, and all staff, from reception through to consultants/sales, were professional, and made me feel very comfortable.
The eye exam, with Jason, was very enlightening. Amazing what I found out about my eyes and vision.
Special thanks to Dianne ⭐ Thankyou for your patience, and spending such a lengthy time, helping me to choose the right frames. Appreciated ?
