β β β β β All very lovely on the surface, until one day the automatic gates closed on my nearly brand new car. When insurance was discussed in a rational manner, well then an entirely different Charlotte appeared. She the cancelled our dog Rubyβs daycare and became belligerent. Car survived, suspect she had no insurance. Cannot recommend based on true colours shown, very unpleasant!
