β β β β β Whatβs wrong with This place now? Yes owner need to make money however we no longer feel the quality and quantity of the food there anymore. Ordered tofu , garlic squid rings , roti curry and curry puffs for Entree. They all frozen out of the pack commercially made not home made stuffs. Then the main even worst we ordered sambal prawns β cheap frozen prawn pack form Indiaβ, stir fried beans with black beans sauce β very oilly and saulty , randang chicken β thins strips on randang sauce bit slow cook and beef Randang. they were all small
Portions and taste not the same anymore. Very very disappointing we wonβt be going back.

β β β β β The best Malaysian in Auckland. Angie is a delight as well! We come here for our anniversary every year and the food is always superb!! The beef rendang is expectionally sensational!

β β β β β I walked in randomly without booking on a Saturday night, the place was really busy but lucky we were able to get a table. The staff was super helpful and friendly. My friend has a few allergies and they did their best to accommodate for it. The food was good, massive portions we ended up taking half of it away.

β β β β β Delicious food, great portions and the staff are SO kind. I didnβt get the front ladyβs name, but she was honestly the sweetest lady ever and so proud of the restaurant. I would be too!
We came on a Monday and it wasnβt busy, our food came out within 15 mins of ordering. We had the Mee Goreng (had a great variety of veggies in it), Beef Rendang, Roti (these were sooo good and flakey), chicken satay (yum homemade satay sauce, not too sweet), spring rolls and more. Had enough for leftovers for next day!
They donβt sell alcohol, but allow BYO for cheap. So glad we came here, will definitely be back and will tell all our friends! Thank you ?

β β β β β I have not been here in a while because of traffic, but it remains to be one of the best Malaysian restaurants in Auckland.
This evening we had a couple of simple dishes: Prawn noodle soup and Fried (Char) Kuey Teow. Both dishes were very authentic.
If you like Malaysian food, particularly the Penang (the food capital of Malaysia), give this place a try.
The host/owner is very knowledgeable and courteous, offering great service.

β β β β β Great char kwei tiau..the flat noodle has a homemade texture quality with generous seafood toppings. The chicken satay sauce is so yum and how i wish i asked for more of the special peanut sauce . The satay meat is well marinated as well ...it reminded me of my home indonesian satay kacang . Thank you Sripinang for keeping it authentic.

β β β β β Oh my I just realized that I walked into a legendary restaurant of Auckland city!
This narrow long shape restaurant is full of Malaysian flavours.
The lady owner is so passionate about what she is doing and this has been continuing for more than 20 years I guess.
Very delicious, very homie feeling, I am loving it!

β β β β β They serve one of the most authentic Malaysian food in Auckland!
The staff are super friendly! The lady who owns the place is so humble and down to earth, loved how she was so interactive and connecting with the customers.
The restaurant itself has a very homely vibe and great for a dinner date! :)
The food was very yummy! We ate so much that I barely got pictures of everything we ordered. Lol. Everything we ate was recommended by the owner and we loved each and every single dish we ordered!
Not a very expensive place.
Would highly recommend everyone to try it atleast once!
Be sure to book a table and find a car park coz the restaurant is on kroad and finding a car park could be tricky!
