★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rewarding and educational training course. One I would definitely recommend to all wanting to help improve their knowledge of mental health. I went in with little knowledge and came out with more confidence and respect for those who are going through hardtimes and also those who are working hard to keep their friends + family + community safe. Kudos to the staff at St Johns for providing a much needed training session

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have attended 2 courses recently, furst aid and mental health furst aid. The trainers have been very professional and shared their life experiences to make the trainings even more valuable.
I would promote more people to the mental health first aid, as it impacts on do many people around, thanks Brian for a fab day, the skills you gave us and the dad jokes.
Thanks to St Johns and all your staff you do a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anthony was my trainer for level 1. I walked into this course expecting to fall into sleep within seconds since the content sounds so boring. Anthony not only kept me awake, but engaged the entire day!! After the course I feel inspired, energised and content was so useful that I am confident in handling first aid basics.
I am amazed with a 5yr tutor still able to deliver with such passion. Big thumbs up for the crew ?
