About St. John's Presbyterian Church
St John’s in the City is a church community that gathers weekly in the heart of Wellington. We are a diverse group of people from different cultures, ages, and walks of life, unified by our collective belief in Jesus and a commitment to each other. As a Presbyterian church, we have a democratic church structure - empowering church members and the wider Church to make key decisions. Our Minister, Rev Allister Lane, is supported by many others, both paid staff and volunteers. We welcome anyone who would like to like to join us at our worship services or who is interested in joining one of our many groups.

St John's is a gorgeous wedding venue and has been an iconic part of Central Wellington for 100s of years. I always look forward to photographing weddings there.
