★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived to visit my Aunt they had a Ball in the lounge. There were makeovers and residents got dressed up in fancy clothes there was an awesome country singer dancing and yummy food. My only concern was for an elderly lady who wanted to go back to the ball and 2 female Indian caregivers was shuffling her to her room, time was just after 6pm. Then an Indian male nurse came and help shuffle her into the room and they closed the door behind them, I was standing opposite the room waiting for my aunty who was using the rest room. I asked her why does it take 2 women and a man to put this elderly lady to bed? She didn't know. Just seemed strange to me.
