Ordered strawberry acai lemonade to get a pink drink with coconut milk when I'm allergic to coconut (threw the drink away). Worst customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service. I understand that the extra health measures make it a bit more tricky and time-consuming to take the orders but it should not take that long. Did not look like they are understaffed because there were 4-5 of them in the store. The drinks were ready and just needed to be brought out but they left them on the counter for a good 5 mins while customers were waiting outside. The staff didn’t look like they were busy doing something else important. The drinks should be served as soon as they are made and that should be the priority.
The coconut matcha latte was good. Staff was friendly but the slow service could be improved.

A small place than expected. Loved the big windows, a variety of cups and tumblers on display.
Staff were very friendly and nice. Coffee came out quick although a lot of orders were put through. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaos all the way. whenever one visits the store remember the staff always confuse with orders and specific to mobile order's. most of the time its a wastage of time and rather go to another cafe. Shame on this store as does not reflect well with Starbucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the most disgusting flatwhites I have ever tasted. The cheapest instant coffee is better than what I got. Their sugary drinks are somewhat drinkable though, since the sweetness helps mask the terrible taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few times, but this last visit exceeded expectations. Ordered two coffees, and a Maple Walnut Scone. Scone was delivered as takeaway but I was actually dining in. No worries the very kind staff member replaced for dining in, and as I was sharing this treat with a friend I asked for extra knife and fork. No problem at all, she even offered to slice the scone in half and serve on two plates! And before I even thought to ask she offered to heat up! This is what great customer service is.
