β β β β β Thank you so much for the excellent service and dental work, I was unable to find a babysitter for my 10 month old son and I needed to urgently get a wisdom tooth pulled (it was causing me severe pain) and the receptionist kindly looked after him for me while I had the procedure done. I was very nervous and the dentist was very nice and made sure I didn't feel a thing the whole time and was as gentle as possible, best service ever and they went out of their way to help me, thank you so much ?

β β β β β I went to clinic at around 5:15, just to check my body temperature, because I don't have thermometer at home. They are supposed to close at 5:30, but there is already no nurse at clinic. I went to the pharmacy next to it, they cant provide. so I return to clinic at 5:26. there is a doctor. I asked I just want to check my body temperature. Doctor refused said they are closed even through there is still 3 mins before 5:30! First time I realise the Doctor's time is so precise!!! more important than anything else even he could do!

β β β β β Have just finished a series of appointments. I found Rachel and her colleagues wonderful to deal with they were both professional yet friendly,
Rachel was very gentle and really patient. I would highly recommend them, can't see why anyone would bother going out of the valley for dental care. Thank you all so much.

β β β β β Unprofessional and aggressive βup sale tacticsβ. Cleaning was added to my appointment without disclosing price or consulting me. Partner had the worse experience there. Dentist kept postponing unfinished jobs to the next appointment till the mess was so big we were forced to go to another dentist to fix her mess. A straight forward filling became a 1600 dollars bill. As result my partners teeth filling had to be redone from scratch (dentist from nanae clinic) as the filling kept falling. Will never come back for sure

β β β β β Really unimpressed with this Dentist.
I went for a consultation because of a sore tooth. Whilst lookihg at my teeth, the dentist said I needed a filling replaced. I said that I would make another appointment for it to be done. No sooner did I say that, did she inject my gum and say that she was going to replace my filling then and there!
The dentist and the dental assistant then proceeded to talk over me the entire time they were carrying out the procedure about what was going on in their personal lives.
They never spoke to me or told me what they were doing.
Incredibly unprofessional, completely disinterested in patient care and zero communication.
The only positive was the receptionist. She was lovely.
I won't be back.

β β β β β Terrible experience.. The dentist changed the treatment plan on the day just suddenly. It just seemed to be a money making tactic!
I was in terrible pain, she wasn't understanding and I got an infection and sharp bone left in my gum afterwards.
Went to another dentist to sort out the problem who was great & shocked at my experience with Lumino.
Very, very disappointed with the dentist but the receptionist was absolutely lovely! - friendly and caring!
