★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just heard Stratco's radio advert for fencing which prompted me to write this.
Have contacted Stratco Napier 4 times now regarding getting a fence quote. Also contacted on national website with no reply.
Job measured up December 2016, with no quote provided or any follow up call. Called in January to ask about it and told I should contact someone else if I'm not happy as they were very busy as "there's a building boom on you know". Totally appalling customer service. Don't even bother calling this lot in Napier, not worth the hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ these guys were middle placed with the quotes we got and we decided we would go with them. It was long run guttering we were getting. Install decided one run was too long so wanted to put in a join in. Lucky we were there otherwise this would have been even worse. One down pipe had powder coat chipped and they touched up with wrong color, and front down pipe which went round a corner had no fall in it so water sits in pipe which means it will rust out in a few years time. They came back to fix after 3 months of waiting while still sending overdue accounts but still the front pipe is run level and will rust out. It's been over 4 months since they began and we still very unhappy. Should have used someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staggered at the level of difficulty in obtaining a quotation for roofing from this organization. In my experience organization are proactive in providing quotations. This is for a above averaged sized commercial property not a dolls house.
