★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathroom customer services was appalling. The 2 employees were too interested in how thier night was and catching up. The phone rang and they ignored that also. I was the only customer waiting. I left and am heading to bunnings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will usually Mitre 10s I visit go out of their way to help and very knowledgeable - especially Levin and Palmerston North stores. However, I didn't fine the two people I asked yesterday very helpful or that interested in what I was asking. I am sure it's the two I dealt with, so will go back for another try.

Bit disappointed there wasn't staff proactively asking if you need assistance but they were standing close by. I did end up googling my questions and choosing the items based on web reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store. Look for younger staff if you want assistance as the older guys and gals we asked couldn't be bothered helping. Young guy in locks and keys section should retrain the older people. We would never have found the Key Finder Keyring without his help. Wish i had read his name tag as he deserves a mention. This keyring wasn't even in the right section and he found it. Well done my Son.....
