Called, secured a date a week in advance, I borrowed a vehicle - so I could still go around while mine was being tended to by the panel beaters. I brought my car in on the day that we had arranged, nice and early - however, was told they were too booked up and could not work on my car for ANOTHER 2 days ahead.
Was never contacted, or informed about this change and Iβm extremely disappointed after having to borrow another car, travelling from New Plymouth to get this done and so on. Unreliable and let down by this experience.
Would have been great to be contacted. But they insisted they didnβt need a contact number after I had offered to give mine over whilst making a booking. Poor customer service, contact details shouldβve been taken, especially when I had offered to supply them even when not asked. But it didnβt seem like to much of a deal as Monday seemed guaranteed and was booked.
Overall, very let down and would not recommend.
