I called Stu and explained the situation and he said that he would get back to me later and let me know. ( I had never dealt with him)
3 hours later he called and said he would be at my house in half an hour.
He works alone so he had to shut up shop.
He duly arrived and within a few minutes found the problem and explained the whole process to me.
I couldn't be happier and have no qualms recommending him.
