★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to La Bises Ponsonby Beauty to do sublative treatment for my acne scars for the past year and I am very happy with the result. I can definitely see the improvement. It will never be perfect but any improvement is better than nothing. And Chanelle has been great, she explained everything clearly! Definitely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lashes had loads of glue clogged up at the bottom. My eyes stung because glue got into my lashes. You could fee they looked fake and really bad quality. I got to my car decided i didnt want them went back to get them removed. She advises that she was wont refund me after calling consumer guarantees organisation and her listening to the advise of from them she ended up refunding me. When removing the lashes she put some liquid on to wipe of the remover it stung my eye lid as if she was putting acid on it. The glue was so thick it took over an hr to remoce lashes i ended up asking for the removal cream to take home and remove it myself. I wouldn't recomend comming here for lashes. Bad service bad product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for lash extensions and while they look great, it was a painful process. My eyelids kept getting pinched and the solution to remove my earlier extensions stung my eyes (and they are still sore hours later). Im new to getting extensions and had many questions but there was a language barrier so was unable to get any of my questions answered. Also no information was provided about the after care of my lashes. Was in fact told that can I wash them straightaway which contradicts other places which say to keep them dry for 24 hours. I would love to come back but am a little nervous due to the above reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the service. Paid off an app called "Treat me" I'm glad they removed the part it says free skin care products after treatment. I was looking forward to the freebies but never got it haha. Overall they deserve a 5, I can't wait for them to open. My eyelashes could do a treating ✌️
