★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience . I went on Saturday 8th May around 8:33pm and it was closed but the closing time was 9:30pm as well as staff members were present there. I'm a truck driver and I planned to eat something from subway on my way from tirau but staff members saw me when i was entering but they started laughing and then they closed the door without saying anything.Really disappointed by their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out when ordering this it the 3rd time I have been changed for added Bacon, I do not get bacon or extras on my sub's.
Also if ordering by app if they don't have your bread they will just make it with whatever they have, without calling and checking about allergies.
Staff are not helpful at all, after politely telling the lady I had been over charged for bacon and charged full price for the ham sub of the day, she got an attitude and only refunded for the bacon, refunded money just dropped on the counter ??♀️. I then ask for the owners phone number to complain higher that number given was incorrect.
I have worked in a different subway and in no way is this subway's way of dealing with complaints, personally I don't think the staff have completed the training or if they have they are definitely not applying the subway way. Yes I said staff as it's not just one member it's been different staff each time.
As a local to the area I do not like to leave bad reviews, however I feel due to the disrespect from staff I feel a warning is needed for traveler's check everything and demand a receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy in Tirau. Daughter always likes what is essentially a Ham sandwich, cheese, tomato lettuce and cucumber. Fair price for a bit of plain tucker. Personal choice is the daily 6 inch deal. Monday particularly good w Meatballs. For a fast food chain it's better than the usual "kill me" food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend this store! Was trying to support local but never going there again i paid $16 for a foot long for someone to sneeze and wipe there snotty nose on there glove. You shouldn't have sick staff on! And he also was very stingy at everything very dispointed do not recommend this subway in tirau!!
