★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed,!! Ran out of Sub of day(meatball) offered a replacement at discount, insinuating sub of day price. Out of spinach, gerkins and carrots. I did not complain due to price. At counter charged me $10:50, full price. Then dropped it by $2. I said I would pay $5:50. Answer no. Walked out hungry. Poor service. At lest staff will have free feed.

We shopped here 7 weeks ago and were overcharged $200. WHen returnign from our holiday we realised what had happened and got in touch with the store. After about 3 weeks the area manager resolved the issue and said we would be refunded by the owner within 48hrs. That was 4 weeks ago. I am now going to be contacting police and laying a charge of theft - as we still dont have our money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest subway I've ever been to. Line was out the door and it was because of the staff working inefficiently, getting in each other's way, not working as a team. A lot that could be improved to make the experience better at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what $11 for a full size toasted wrap gets you, and I requested all the fillings... I contacted them via email afterwards and they didn't care to resolve this. Less than 4inchs for a foot long? Absolutely rip off. Not the first time I've been disappointed with subway Kerikeri, if they had resolved this I would have tried them again but now I will take my business elsewhere.
