β β β β β Asked multiple times for a kids pak didn't receive it. Also got told multiple times that they didn't know what a kids pak was or how to make one. Food was good but some more training could go towards their staff.

β β β β β The sub was great but the way the guy treated the other woman Co worker was disgusting, she was doing very well, the guy was rude to her trying to take over with what she was doing. She is great with customers. Visit 13/10/20 lunch time

β β β β β For the first ever time I was honestly disappointed with my sandwich, the meat was not wrapped in paper an put in the microwave to heat up like they usually do. Instead just put straight on the bread an cheese on top it was the worse subway I've ever tasted.

β β β β β The young lady that served me was extremely polite, plus asked how my day was going while she prepared my delicious roll. To Subway Kaitaia, keep up the good work and look after staff like her, she is a treasure.

β β β β β Highly disappointed, ordered on the subway app for me and my friend after a long day driving. Clearly wrote in special requests to βplease toast both sandwichesβ, neither was toasted. both chicken in our sandwiches was cold and the cheese isnt even melted. The man who served us was rude and didnβt seem welcoming at all. Tried to give me coke instead of coke zero when im diabetic and put βcoke zeroβ in on app too. Think some training needs to be done on online app orders. Feeling hungry.

β β β β β Quick speedy service. Cheerful young women served me. The place presented clean. Always love the food. My one gripe...the smoothies i bought were not like the smoothies of old. Very watery and barely any taste. I'd probably query next time so please do keep a watch while its being made.
