β β β β β Good clean place, Nice range of breads for sandwiches with great selection of fillings. Nice staff and well operated. Indoor seating only . Close to service staion, car and dog wash facilitates.

β β β β β Pretty disappointed, I usually stop here with about 14 others on the way to events, stopped on the way to Dunedin for a change and there were 2 customers yet it took a solid 25 minutes to make a subway and the service was rude no apology for the wait and definetly not friendly. Also either the boss or manager had her kids in running around inside (estimated age of 13 years olds) after sport (sweaty and ruffing up their hair) going out back of the counter around the food. Heads up, not a great look.

β β β β β Normally go to this subway and everything is fine, but this time it wasn't that great, kids subs were tiny, ( wouldn't have taken an adult 3 bites to eat it). Seemed salads were thrown into subs and staff weren't friendly at all.

β β β β β Made an online order for pick up during level 3, order was not correct, things missing from sub, had to correct the drinks we ordered. They weren't busy. Would keep going and visit one of the two branches in Timaru.

β β β β β Their pork rib was so plain I swear the pork rib is meant to have some kind of sauce or coating on it even with the added sauce in the sandwich it was still plain and dry no taste what so ever I usually really enjoy subway. The staff don't listen and don't confirm what you want they just go ahead and do what they think they heard.
Not impressed I usually love the staff service and food at this particular subway safe to say this morning I was very disappointed!

β β β β β Served by the grumpiest staff member ever. I understand if you have personal issues but please donβt bring the attitude to work. Either work out the back or stay home. I wonβt be returning to this store.
